Leadership Team

Mr. Spiegel is our co-founder and has served as our Chief Executive Officer and a member of our board of directors since May 2012. Mr. Spiegel holds a B.S. in Engineering – Product Design from Stanford University. Mr. Spiegel has served on the board of directors of KKR & Co., Inc. since October 2021.

Mr. Murphy is our co-founder and has served as our Chief Technology Officer and a member of our board of directors since May 2012. Mr. Murphy holds a B.S. in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford University.

Mr. Andersen has served as Chief Financial Officer since May 2019 and previously served as our Vice President of Finance since July 2018. Mr. Andersen was previously employed at Amazon.com, Inc. from March 2011 to June 2018, serving in a variety of roles, most recently as Vice President of Finance supporting Amazon’s digital video business. Mr. Andersen also previously served in roles at Fox Interactive Media, including as Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Operations for IGN, and as Vice President, Finance. Mr. Andersen holds a B.B.A from Acadia University, an M.B.A from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and is a CFA Charter Holder.

Ms. Henderson has served as Chief Communications Officer since April 2019. From July 2013 to April 2019, Ms. Henderson served as Executive Vice President, Chief Communications Officer at Twenty-First Century Fox, Inc. Ms. Henderson also previously served in roles at News Corporation, including as Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Communications Officer, and Senior Vice President, Communications and Corporate Strategy. Ms. Henderson holds a B.A. from Johnston Center, University of Redlands.

Ms. Lack has served as Vice President, Global Brand Experience since October 2021 and previously served as Head of Global Brand Strategy from July 2016 to October 2021. Prior to that, Ms. Lack was Contributing Editor at Vanity Fair, overseeing the magazine’s Silicon Valley and technology coverage, and created and ran the New Establishment Summit series. Prior to that, Ms. Lack served as a philanthropic and public policy adviser to individuals and companies. Ms. Lack serves on the board of directors of the Snap Foundation, Lincoln Center Theater, and the Walden Woods Project. Ms. Lack is also a Life Trustee of WNET, the organization that oversees public television stations in the New York metropolitan area. Ms. Lack holds a B.A. from Princeton University.

Mr. Mohan has served as Chief Business Officer since February 2025. Previously, Mr. Mohan served as President of APAC. Mr. Mohan previously served as Vice President and Managing Director of India for Meta, and as CEO of 21st Century Fox's Hotstar, India’s largest premium streaming platform. Mr. Mohan holds a BASc from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University, and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Morrow has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since September 2019. From January 2018 to August 2019, Ms. Morrow served as Chief Accounting Officer at GoDaddy Inc., and previously served as Vice President of Finance and Head of Technical Accounting and Reporting from March 2015 to January 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Morrow served in various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP, most recently serving as Managing Director in the Advisory Services practice from August 2013 to March 2015, and as Senior Manager in the Advisory Services practice from October 2008 to August 2013. Ms. Morrow holds a B.S. degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Idaho and a Masters of Accountancy degree from the David Eccles School of Business of the University of Utah.

Ms. Morrow reports to Chief Financial Officer Derek Andersen.

Mr. Briers has served as our General Counsel since November 2025. From August 2012 to October 2025, Mr. Briers was a lawyer in private practice at the law firm of Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where he focused his practice on advising companies and founders on litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Briers holds a J.D. from the New York University School of Law and a B.A. from John Carroll University.

Mr. Withycombe has served as our Chief People Officer since October 2022 and previously served in various roles, including Vice President of Talent & Rewards, Senior Director of Talent & Rewards, Senior Director of Talent Management, Senior Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Director between November 2017 and August 2022. Mr. Withycombe also previously served in roles at DirectTV, Raytheon Company, and Del Monte Foods, Inc. Mr. Withycombe holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Pepperdine University and M.S. in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
